Tribal programs receive victim assistance funding

Synopsis: "Mountain Plains Youth Services in Bismarck also will receive $600,000 to provide services to victims of human trafficking, and Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will receive $443,785 for staffing, services and awareness in its domestic violence assistance program."
