The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is seeking applicants for the following funding opportunities to enhance services for victims of human trafficking.

OVC FY 2023 Anti-Trafficking Housing Assistance Program (Services and Training and Technical Assistance)
The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, and/or strengthen funded organizations so they can provide housing and associated support services to victims of human trafficking.
Applicants are invited to apply under three program purpose areas: (1) Developing Capacity to Provide Housing Assistance to Human Trafficking Victims, (2) Enhancing Access to Housing Assistance for Human Trafficking Victims, and (3) Housing Training and Technical Assistance.

The goal of this program is to provide services that address the needs of minor victims of sex and labor trafficking through a continuum of trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and gender responsive services to ensure their safety, security, and healing and to prevent them from being directed to or involved in the justice system.

OVC seeks applications to fund training and technical assistance services to support ECM Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking sites throughout the United States. The ECM TTA program will support OVC ECM task force partners develop and sustain a multidisciplinary approach that increases their capacity to identify and support victims, seek justice on their behalf, and hold traffickers accountable.

Pre-Application Webinars
OVC will conduct a pre-application webinar for multiple anti-trafficking funding opportunities on Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 1:00–2:00 p.m., eastern time. Participation in this webinar is optional. OVC staff will review the solicitation requirements and conduct a question-and-answer session with interested potential applicants. Learn more and register. Application Process
All applications will be submitted to the Department of Justice in a two-step process.
In step 1, applicants must submit an SF-424 and an SF-LLL by the Grants.gov deadline when they register in Grants.gov. In Section 8F of the SF-424, include the name and contact information of the individual who will complete application materials in JustGrants.
In step 2, the individual who was identified in Section 8F will be notified to submit the full application including attachments in JustGrants. To be considered timely, the full application must be submitted in JustGrants by the JustGrants application deadline. Review the “How to Apply” section in the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide and the JustGrants website for more information, resources, and training.
