"‘John school’ law aimed at sex trafficking takes effect Jan. 1"

Synopsis: This article provides information about a bill that was signed into law in North Dakota that will require anyone convicted of hiring someone for sex to attend “John School,” an offender education program to learn about the harmful effects of the commercial sex industry. North Dakota has been a huge funnel for sex trafficking for years.
