COVID 19 RESOURCES

The Tribal Law and Policy Institute (TLPI) has launched an Indian Country COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Resources Page with links to information and resources concerning relevant tribal, federal, and state issues, initiatives, and resources for effectively addressing the COVID-19 pandemic in American Indian and Alaska Native communities. This site is designed as a clearinghouse of relevant resources across a broad range of topic areas in pursuit of TLPI’s vision to empower Native communities to create and control their own institutions for the benefit of all community members, now, and for future generations. TLPI would like to thank all of the organizations and agencies who have developed and compiled the resource information included on these web pages which are grouped by the following topic areas:

• National Native Organizations: Quick reference to national American Indian/Alaska Native organizations that have created COVID-19 specific resource pages.

• Tribal Governments: Resources for Tribal Governments from sources including Turtle Talk, American Indian Health Commission, and National Congress of American Indians.

• Federal and State Governments: Tribal specific resources developed through tribal-state collaboration efforts and federal resources available through www.usa.gov/coronavirus.

• Congressional COVID-19 Funding: Indian Country funding needs, tribal provisions in Congressional COVID-19 funding, and efforts to effectively implement these tribal provisions.
